This website is owned and operated by Flourish with Monique. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the opportunity to invest in nourishment for their physical and mental health: forest therapy, reiki, coaching or buying my book. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When investing in a service I offer, you agree to:

(i) be fully responsible for having all your questions answered before making a commitment to invest:

(ii) signing a waiver that gives you all information about my process including but not limited to any and all potential risks, weather and medical information before you engage in any experience with me

The prices I charge for using my services / or my products will be shared based on the client needs (ie length of time they are looking for support for). My packages are customizable and I reserve the right to change my prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

REFUND POLICY:

Please, note that we only refund events no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start of the event. If you cancel more than 3 days before the event then you will be refunded in full, less any associated booking fees. No refunds will be issued in case of non-attendance. If we have to cancel the event for any reason you will be offered an alternative date or, if a suitable date cannot be arranged, a full refund.
