Mindful coaching is where mindfulness and coaching meet. In mindfulness, we learn to shift from doing mode to being mode to bring mindfulness into daily life.

 

As a coach, I offer personalized one-on-one sessions that integrate restorative practices aimed at nurturing your journey toward holistic well-being and self-discovery. As each person is unique, how we work together is not a template. Our work usually begins with an introductory call to understand your goals and to assess if there is a coach and client fit.

My clients typically stand at the threshold of significant life changes, yearning to transition but feel lost and disconnected, uncertain about the path ahead.
